Although it seems like it might cost a little more to get individual servings, this was a great solution for our family, which includes two teenage boys who love Pops. I got very tired of throwing away cereal that got stale very quickly. My teenagers wouldn't eat it and I threatened not to buy cereal anymore. It is also helpful with portion control. I had never tried this product before seeing it on Amazon, but thought I would give it a go. It is good, tasty, and stays crisp in milk without getting instantly soggy. I like cinnamon and raisins in just about anything for breakfast, so this just added to the quality of the product for me. Overall, it is equal to other products on the market like it, but appears to have better vitamin and health benefits.

Special K bars are nice little guilt-free snacks at only 90 calories a bar. They're great breakfast bars if you're on the go and don't have time to prepare a meal. I bought these because of the blueberries! However, they are way too sugary. If you have a sweet tooth and want something that is healthy in comparison to eating a candy bar, then you might like these Special K bars.



I will probably go back to Kashi GOLEAN Bar, Chocolate Almond Toffee, 2.75-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12), which seem to be more nutritious on the whole. They don't taste as good, but I'm learning to make sacrifices in order to improve my health.
