Read the label! Sugar, Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Dextrose, Sugar, SORBITOL?? Why bother with the articifical sweetener on top of all that sugar and white flour?
These are supposed to be good for you? Give me a break. Of course people like them, they're sugared cereal shaped like health food.

Special K bars are nice little guilt-free snacks at only 90 calories a bar. They're great breakfast bars if you're on the go and don't have time to prepare a meal. I keep a box at work for times when I need a little pick me up during the day. The blueberry flavor is sweet, and the bars don't have that chalky taste like others I've tried.

I bought these because of the blueberries! However, they are way too sugary. If you have a sweet tooth and want something that is healthy in comparison to eating a candy bar, then you might like these Special K bars.
I will probably go back to Kashi GOLEAN Bar, Chocolate Almond Toffee, 2.75-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12), which seem to be more nutritious on the whole. They don't taste as good, but I'm learning to make sacrifices in order to improve my health.

I love healthy food, and this is a perfect choice for me. The taste is sooo good, even better than high calory snacks and cookies, and this one is only 90 cal per bar. I love all flavor from the Special K Bar, but blueberry is my favorite...
