Each serving has 6 grams of fiber! And a serving size is a whopping 52 biscuits, so this is an incredible snack that will fill you up without making you feel guilty about eating cereal yet alone having that chocolate flavor. You either like them or you don't, but for those who like this cereal, they usually enjoy them a lot!
I completely recommend this cereal to everyone because it's a great snack for those trying to eat healthy, but still looking to snack on something that will satisfy them for hours after eating it. Amazing taste with or without milk.
