Tastes exactly the same as regular Special K, with the bonus of added protein. I had gastric bypass surgery, so I'm always worried about getting enough protein in my diet; this allows me to continue my lifelong breakfast routine (cereal and milk) without adding protein powders (which mostly taste awful). The four-pack lasts me just over a month, and it costs just about the same as the grocery store - it works out to about $3.43 a box, as opposed to the $3.49 I pay in the grocery store (I'm an Amazon Prime member, so I don't pay shipping) - so I don't ever have to worry about running out.

Kellog Special K High Protein cearel tastes better than the other varieties of Special K and is much more filling. For some reason I can't find it in my local markets, so I am happy I found it on Amazon.

This is one of the better low carb cereals I have tried. I eat it most everyday with some splenda and unsweetened almond or soymilk. Great for low carb diets. I think it has a nice flavor. One poster noted that it was not as sweet as other Special K cereals. That's the point, less sugar, less carbs. You can always sweeten it to taste with splenda or other low/no carb sweetener if you so desire.

This cereal is about the ONLY low-carb high protein good tasting breakfast food for low-carb diets. I hope they don't stop making it!

I wasn't a huge fan of this cereal. It is not as sweet as other Special K cereal. I think it does have a good proportion of protein though.
I would not buy again.
